Tom Sullivan - CEO

Tom is the Chairman and CEO of Princeton Partners. He joined the agency in 1989 when it was a 10-person retail advertising boutique and transformed it into a 50+ person strong strategic marketing firm, providing advertising, public relations, interactive, and guerilla marketing solutions for clients including AT&T, PNC Bank, Sherwin-Williams, Pfizer, Princeton University, Unilever, Yale Forklifts, and many great regional brands, such as Western Pest Services (an Orkin Company).

Tom spearheaded healthcare strategic planning and brand development for Atlantic Health System, NYC Health & Hospitals Corporation (HHC), and many regional and community medical centers. In 2004, he launched Princeton Partners Health as a branded unit with a vision of becoming one of the nation’s leading creative marketing agencies for health systems.

Tom’s passion is for Princeton Partners to have a positive impact on our little piece of the world. The agency has been honored by the New Jersey legislature for its philanthropic leadership in social welfare and its educational and economic development efforts.

Tom focuses the agency’s energies on doing great work for companies with shared values and high aspirations.

Gabrielle DeTora - VP, Health Strategy

Gabrielle comes to us with well over a dozen years’ experience in healthcare marketing and a proven track record in effective market research, strategic planning, campaign strategy, media planning, public relations, consumer/physician sales and marketing, and e-marketing. Gabrielle is a presenter for healthcare conferences and forums, such as The Healthcare Roundtable. At Princeton Partners Health, she handles the strategic direction for several accounts, including Westchester Medical Center and North Shore-LIJ Health System.

As the Senior Director of Marketing and PR for St. Joseph’s Healthcare System and as the Director of Marketing and PR for Hunterdon Healthcare System, Gabrielle managed overall branding, strategic planning, marketing and sales efforts, promotions, public relations, and education.

Her work includes serving as the National Director of Development and Marketing for the Cure for Lymphoma Foundation and as a Campaign Manager for the NYC Chapter of the Leukemia Society of America (now the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society).

Lynda Farrington Wilson - VP, Wellness Strategy

Lynda has 25 years of experience that spans new brand and business development, product lifecycle management, marketing, advertising, promotional media and publicity, and creative account management for national and international clientele. In her most recent position, as VP, US Market Development for NeoStrata, she developed three new product lines, including formulation direction, brand and product positioning, and commercializing patented skin care technology to the professional market. This self-funded venture realized the company’s largest commercial success, increasing the company’s sales by more than 150%.

Lynda has spearheaded many Patient Advocacy Programs. She is the recipient of the American Academy of Dermatology’s 2004 Gold Triangle Award for a Corporate Communications Campaign, which recognizes the achievement of raising awareness and the education of skin health. At Princeton Partners Health, on a day-to-day basis she handles America Living Well, Capital Health System, and Susan G. Komen New Jersey.

Maggie Landis - Vice President

Maggie is responsible for communications strategy at Princeton Partners, creating integrated public relations campaigns that build awareness and communicate to target audiences. Maggie's communications expertise benefits clients in healthcare, high tech and manufacturing industries. She is also an account director, managing B2B and education accounts for the agency.

Prior to joining Princeton Partners, Maggie was a public affairs manager in Johnson & Johnson's Global Pharmaceutical Communications group. In this role, she developed direct-to-physician and direct-to-patient communications programs for prescription medications.

And before her healthcare stint at J&J, Maggie led public relations for Dow Jones Interactive Publishing group, creating and implementing strategic communications for electronic news products. While at Dow Jones, Maggie launched and supported The Wall Street Journal Interactive Edition (now wsj.com), and a number of other electronic information products.

Suzanne Caimi - CFO

Suzanne drives the strategic financial picture at Princeton Partners. She came to the agency after 17 years with Gillespie Advertising/McCann New York, where she was Managing Partner, Chief Financial Officer. One of her often-heard mantras is “everything is my problem,” and she means it. Supervising Accounting, IT, and HR just about covers it. Suzanne also manages the agency’s insurance, legal, contractual, and banking relationships. But Suzanne’s favorite saying is “cost efficiencies benefit both the client and the agency,” and she claims that the best ideas are the ones that save everyone time and money.

Eric Markowitz - Director of Interactive Innovation

Eric brings a rare combination of skills that helps Princeton Partners lead our clients to new levels of success in Web-based and online communications solutions. His perspective: “Consumer generated content, online communities, social networking, viral marketing, and ongoing virtual world innovations have turned the rules of marketing upside-down. In this environment, we have the exciting opportunity to develop dynamic, creative methods of outreach and communication to help companies reach their business goals.”

Eric has over 20 years of diversified experience providing strategic leadership, creative direction, and solution development for advertising and marketing, application development, encryption, e-Commerce, and e-Learning—spanning various industries. His accounts have included Dow Jones, Merck, Pfizer, and Xerox, to name just a few.

At Princeton Partners, Eric provides insights into interactive opportunities and applications for our clients. He’s an overall thought leader who assesses the big picture of opportunities.


Julia Holland – VP, Management Supervisor

In the summer of 2006, Julia joined Princeton Partners as a senior member of the strategic brand consulting team. Her responsibilities include overseeing the agency's new business efforts, leading brand evaluations and positionings, and managing key accounts. Julia offers 18 years of consumer brand experience and is actively involved in developing and managing integrated brand marketing solutions.

Julia's career began in sales and sales management with Unisys. Her well-rounded marketing perspective expanded with her years at Johnson & Johnson. Moving to the agency side in 1991, Julia has directed top corporate accounts for MarketSource and Alloy including Hershey, Time Warner, Carter Wallace, Clinique and L'Oreal. She enjoys being a partner in her clients' business, both from a strategic and hands-on perspective.

In addition, Julia is an on-the-go Mom with two active teenage sons. She loves to travel, read, play golf, tennis, ski, and workout (get the idea she likes to be active?) in her free time. Her new-found passion is playing the drums. Education: Tufts University BA, Northwestern University, Kellogg School MBA.


Tony Buchsbaum - Creative Director

Tony has worked in advertising for more than 20 years, writing copy and directing creative at AC&R and J. Walter Thompson Direct in New York, Gillespie in Lawrenceville, NJ, The Hal Lewis Group in Philadelphia, and Maris West & Baker in New Orleans.

On any given day at Princeton Partners Health, he serves as creative director on North Shore-LIJ Health System, Westchester Medical Center, and Capital Health System. Some of Tony’s other health and pharma clients include St. Vincent’s Comprehensive Cancer Center, Kennedy Health System, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Discovery Labs, Covance, and Healthpoint.

Earlier in his career, he worked on The Port Authority of NY & NJ, DuPont, Cushman & Wakefield, Estée Lauder, ETS, EarthLink, and Columbia House. In addition to his work in advertising, Tony is a novelist; his first novel, Total Eclipse, was published by Doubleday.


Melissa Butensky - Account Supervisor, Interactive

Melissa leads the Princeton Partners Interactive Group and has been in the industry since its early days. Melissa's big picture vision combined with her in-depth knowledge of everything Web enables her to develop strategic online initiatives that bring clients' marketing goals to life with a compelling customer experience on line. Prior to joining Princeton Partners, she developed successful interactive solutions for clients such as Citibank, Douglas Elliman, Insignia Financial Group, Cigna and the New York Times.

Shannon Reynolds - Dir. of Promotions

Shannon has over 8 years experience in the promotional marketing and advertising arena. As Director of Promotion, she's responsible for leading Princeton Partners' Promotional Division focusing on strategic brand marketing and promotional planning in both consumer and business-to business categories, including financial, healthcare, and pharmaceuticals. Shannon's strong background in national accounts sales, marketing and promotions comes from direct experience on major accounts such as PNC Bank, McNeil Consumer and Specialty Pharmaceutical, New York City Health & Hospital Corporation, ConAgra Foods and Tyson Foods.

Shannon, a 1998 Lady Bear graduate from Southwest Missouri State University, earned a BS in Marketing with an emphasis in Advertising. She is also a card-carrying member of the USGA and holds a 4.9 handicap. Anybody wanna make it interesting?

Leslie Glick - Media Director

Leslie has over 20 years experience in the media arena. As our resident media expert, she's responsible for managing Princeton Partners' strategic media planning and buying in both consumer and business-to business categories, including manufacturing, healthcare, hospitality industry, and high-tech. Leslie's strong background in retail media research, planning and buying comes from direct experience on major media accounts such as McDonalds and University of Pennsylvania Health System.

Leslie is an active member of the advertising community and serves as Treasurer for AAF-District Two as well as being past president of the Philadelphia Advertising Club.

Jeff Chesebro - President/COO

In the fall of 2005, Jeff joined Princeton Partners as Vice President, Group Account Director. His responsibilities included strategic development, managing key clients, and overseeing the agency’s new business efforts. As 2007 began, Jeff assumed the role of President of Princeton Partners. He continues to be involved in strategy, clients, and new business, with broadened responsibilities for the growth, integration, and management of the agency.

Jeff runs the North Shore-LIJ Health System and Westchester MedicalCenter accounts, and his background is varied. He has worked on accounts such as Hewlett-Packard, 1-800-Flowers.com, McDonald’s, Subway, and MCI Worldcom, gaining deep experience integrating clients’ communications, from broadcast TV to counter cards (and most everything in between) at agencies such as J. Walter Thompson, Partners & Shevack, and Source Communications.
