Westchester Medical Center Launches Ground-Breaking Campaign
PRINCETON, NJ, May 12, 2008 – Westchester Medical Center (WMC), an academic medical center of New York Medical College, recently hired Princeton Partners Health as its Agency of Record. Recognized for its tier one emergency care center and renowned physicians, WMC had neglected to score high in regards to their patient customer service experience. Princeton Partners Health evaluated WMC’s brand image and re-established its identity as a specialty medical center prepared to handle the most complex tertiary and quaternary medical cases.
In mid-2007, Princeton Partners Health created a three-stage strategic brand building plan. Princeton Partners first reinforced the goodwill of WMC’s expertise in providing emergency care and its unique team structure when handling complex medical cases. According to market research, this phase achieved excellent results.
Moving forward, Princeton Partners needed to establish a campaign that would change community opinion by addressing WMC’s high level treatment options including the latest technologies, the most innovative treatments and a quality environment. In May 2008, Princeton Partners Health launched the “Transforming Healthcare” campaign at Westchester Medical Center. This campaign featured a ground-breaking approach to healthcare television marketing. As the results of this campaign continue to show incredible success, there is still a strong buzz in the community about WMC’s reputation as an innovative and technologically advanced medical care center.
